Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate our customers' needs. However, last-minute changes can result in lost opportunities for our technicians. These policies apply only to in-home services. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will incur a $25 fee for non-members. Members are exempt from this fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the service window will incur a $50 fee for non-members. Members are exempt. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the service window will incur the full service cost for non-members and a $25 fee for members. Failure to show up upon the technician’s arrival will result in the full service cost for both members and non-members. Reschedule Policy Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge if the request is made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. A $25 service fee will apply to reschedule requests made within 3 hours of the scheduled time.
